Travis, from Service Department, worked with David and I, to get our machine from almost Meeker to Steamboat, for service in a single day. That's going beyond the ordinary! Craig was not up to our standards for our needs from beginning to end. We were not comfortable shopping in Craig, we were not impressed with parts services or any other aspect of Craig Power Sports. Their Deal not mine... Didn't feel welcome - as a customer, colleague...friend, partner in processes. I am not sure that they would have TRIED to get out machine in a day; not making us do s return trip!!! (Employee: Travis King)
